🌿✨ Our recent Wellness Retreat was a beautiful gathering centered on holistic wellbeing—nurturing the body, mind, and spirit. Together, we explored physical health, mental and emotional balance, nutrition, skincare, and the art of creative cooking. From learning how food can be medicine to moving with rhythm through drumming, the retreat was a space of connection, healing, and renewal. 💚

Rooted in Buddhist and Hindu traditions, this retreat provides an immersive experience of the transformative power of Jhana, or meditative absorption. Cultivating Self-Love

This retreat focuses on the practice of Metta meditation, or loving-kindness, to nurture a deep sense of love and acceptance for yourself and others. Through guided meditations, reflective exercises, and mindful awareness, you will learn to transform the mind’s critical and anxious tendencies into kindness, patience, and gentleness.
