What does 30 minute for $30 look like?

You can choose either Reiki energy healing or a Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy.

What does Reiki look like?
You can either lay on my massage table or my zero gravity chair and just close your eyes and drift off to sleep if you wish. I do the rest really. You just have to be open and have your best interest at heart.

What does Reiki feel like?
Some feel different things like temperature changes, tingly or slight pressure. This is your energy shifting and is not permanent or does it stick around for very long at all.

What does Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy look like?
Very similar to Reiki but you will sit in the Sound therapy chair and just lay back. This session I am not in the room and you are cozy in your own space with cozy blankets or even a heated blanket if that sounds good for you.

What does it feel like?
You will choose your level of intensity for vibrations and volume level for the sound track. You can either wear noise canceling headphones or not. The vibrations are matched to the sound track you choose.

For both, once your are done with your 30 minutes you will feel refreshed and relaxed or rejuvenated! It's really a huge win after the holiday stress!
