Sunday Reset (Yoga Series) is now open for registration!
Give yourself a weekly pause to soften, breathe, and come back to yourself. This 6-week series blends gentle and classic yin yoga with mostly floor-based poses that invite easeful stretching, deeper awareness, and a calmer nervous system. Accessible for all levels, including beginners and those returning to practice after a break.

You can expect
• A calm, low-light space with mats and props provided (or bring your own)
• Gentle movement, stretching, and longer-held yin poses
• Breath awareness, meditation, and grounding practices
• An emphasis on nervous system reset, increasing mobility, emotional release, and making more room for ease in your body and mind 
Weekly themes include
Arrive, Grounding and Stability, Letting Go of Tension, Moving Through Emotion, Softening Control, and Carry Ease Forward.
