It is with a heavy heart that we say until we meet again. John F. Barnes has passed. I wanted to share a few of the many memories I have with you. Some are from class but the video is from inside his home. He encouraged and even took part in drumming on a huge drum he has in his home. He always wanted to make sure that we remembered to be kids, to be care free, to Love, and be Loved. Thank you John

Monday 10.20.25 I went to Flagstaff on a practice walk for Tuesdays big adventure. It was hard, and I was sore and out of breath.

You will notice on the map I began to follow what I thought was the right path. Thank goodness I stopped to read the sign. It was a part of the Arizona trail that you can walk from Mexico to Utah. John F. Barnes™️ always says no matter how far you go down a path, you can always turn around, and that's exactly what I did!🤣

We didn't take home the big trophy, but we had a ton of fun! Thank you to everyone who voted! Finalists in 3 categories does feel pretty good! We know we are loved for sure!

Missing Hannah.... but Nicole and Jenny have been working out to bring those heavy plaques home!

Lots of people have been asking how Nicole and Hannah are doing at their classes!

So far, they made it to Minnesota safe and sound and have spent the entire weekend in class and have completed Cervical Thoracic. Seminar 1 of 3 in the books. They are a little bit quieter today. That happens when you start to level up.

So excited for these two! They will be taking 3 courses. Rebounding, fascial cranium, and cervical thoracic.

These Seminars will not only help them dive deeper into their understanding, but learn over 30 new techniques and dive deeper into their own healing. All of this is to help you in your journey into a quality filled life!
