Community Solutions of WI LLC is a private company located at the Rock County Job Center. We primarily contract with the Wisconsin Department of Vocational Rehabilitation. We have extensive experience in helping people find employment. We have helped hundreds of people find employment in
almost every field. We have four full time staff that all they do is help people find jobs. This involves creating resumes, completing applications and talking with employers promoting DVR services as well as the job seekers we are working with.

Community Solutions is seeking a Employment Specialist to join our team!

The Employment Specialist is a person, who provides job placement and training assistance for people with disabilities. This includes assisting with Job Development Plans, helping to create resumes, cover letters, completes practice interviewing and providing interview support, assistance with completing applications (paper and online) and meeting with clients weekly in person, phone and at community locations including worksites. Monitors working consumers employment progress during probationary period. Will also be in the community providing outreach and training.

The Employment Specialist is expected to meet with employers and talk about their employment needs to create a good fit for potential agency clients.

Extensive ongoing training provided!
