The goal at Piece by Piece Counseling is to meet each client where they are in their journey of life and help find solutions to what might be weighing them down or making life difficult. It’s time for our annual chart updates. Over the next few days, you’ll see updated 2026 paperwork available in your client portal. Please take a few moments to review everything carefully, make any needed updates, and sign in all requested areas.

If you have any questions or concerns as you review the forms, don’t hesitate to reach out to your provider—we’re happy to help.

A few important reminders to note:

Insurance information: We must have your most up-to-date insurance details for 2026. If you’re unable to upload a photo of your insurance card in the portal, please bring it with you to your next appointment.

Autopay: We will continue using autopayment for all services. This is outlined in the Informed Consent document. You will automatically be enrolled in autopay unless you have discussed alternative arrangements directly with your provider.

We’re running just a little behind…
Thank you all for being so patient and understanding as we’ve navigated our big office move. It’s been a major undertaking, and our team has been stretched in all directions to make it happen.

Tomorrow- 12.3.2025- we will open our doors at our new location …124 Staat Street, Jasper IN 47546.

We are still working on finishing touches, but we are ready to operate. Here are some snip-its from the set-up today. Final walk-through video and big shoutouts coming in the near future 😉

This is a reminder that our office will be closed on December 1–2, 2025.

Beginning December 3, 2025, all appointments with any Piece by Piece provider will take place at our new location:
124 Staat Strasse, Jasper, IN 47546
(Located just two doors down from Huck’s on 3rd Avenue.)

We will also be introducing a simple three-step check-in process using the iPad in our lobby. Please complete the check-in on the iPad when you arrive so your provider is notified of your arrival.

Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to welcoming you to our new space.

Are we really talking about sketchy roads in November?!?! It seems like we are this morning. For our clients who have appointments today, we are in the office and ready to see you. However, your safety is top priority. If you are not able to keep your appointment today or switch to telehealth, remember that we do not charge a late cancellation fee due to weather.
