Our therapy calendars are feeling the love right now — which means **our therapy spots currently have a waitlist.** We’re so grateful that so many people trust us with their mental health care. 💚

The good news: we ARE accepting new medication management clients with Kendra and Heather!

So if you’ve been thinking about starting medication support or need a provider to manage your current medications, our psychiatric team would love to help.

We are 2 MONTHS away from our 2026 Women’s Retreat! This year’s event will take place at the beautiful Secret Meadows Event Barn in Celestine on Saturday, April 18th. The agenda includes learning the power of our thoughts, tapping into creative/artistic coping, rediscovering ourselves as women, speed coping (like speed dating, only more fun!) and more. Lunch, snacks, and companionship all included in the low cost of $125.
