We have moved (kinda)!! Our new office is in the same building, but we have moved to the back side. You will now enter using the door on the north side of the building, as well as use the parking spaces available on this side. It was a quick move, but excited for the change!

Whether you are back in the office or still working from home, the majority of us are finding ourselves doing more sitting than ever before. These posture reset stretches are an excellent way to reverse the poor posture & create more ease in the body. 🧑🏽‍💻

Poor posture creates rounding of the shoulders & bending (forward flexion) of the upper/mid back. You may also find your head jutting closer & closer to your screen, which will set you up for discomfort in the neck and mid back as time goes on.

⏰I typically recommend to perform these exercises after about 45-60 minutes of continuous sitting.
