❤️ A Note to Our Families:
We’ve heard your concerns about longer wait times, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. We are aware of these challenges and are actively working to improve access.
Our practice is growing, and while that growth is exciting, it can sometimes come with a few temporary growing pains as we balance increased demand with the level of care we're committed to providing. Right now, a few things are contributing, including sick season, a recent newborn boom (those visits need to happen within just a few days of hospital discharge), and occasional provider illnesses (doctors and NPs get sick too) where our team steps in to make sure patients are still cared for, which can sometimes slow the schedule. What will never change is our commitment to taking the time each child needs and making sure every family feels heard, supported, and cared for during their visit.
We're also actively working to increase access and plan to add more providers starting in 2026!
Thank you again for your patience and for trusting us with your children. We truly appreciate your understanding as we continue to grow while maintaining the level of care your family deserves. ❤️
