It’s not a discipline problem.
It’s not that you’ve “fallen off.”
And it’s definitely not that your body is broken.
This is perimenopause.
And the rules you used to follow?
They’re not working the same anymore.

Working out…

"9 weeks ago today, I put these jeans on, looked in the mirror, and was fed up!

I heard about a regimen that a few of my friends had started in December, and were losing weight! They were products I was already taking, but not at the same time of day, and not the same combination as they were doing!

So, I decided to put them to the test myself! As you can see, I’m so grateful I did! This regimen not only moved the scale (I’m down 13 pounds), but it also quieted food noise, crushed my cravings, gave me a calmness I hadn’t felt in my body since perimenopause moved in, and is giving me super deep sleep with no middle of the night panicked wake ups! (IYKYK) 🫠
