✨A new name, the same trusted care✨

Alabama Hospice Care of Jasper is soon to be known as Access Hospice. While our name is changing, what matters most stays the same — the same compassionate team of caregivers you know and trust will continue serving our community.

We are proud to join Pennant, a national family of home health, hospice, home care, and senior living affiliates dedicated to life-changing service. We will be keeping our care personal, local, and centered on you and your loved ones.

As our name currently remains the same at this time, we will fully transition to Access Hospice in the near future.

Alabama Hospice Care and Fayette Medical Center HomeCare were delighted to spread a little warmth and cheer today at Diversicare of Winfield!

Our team set up a cozy Hot Chocolate Bar for residents, families, and staff to enjoy. With all the toppings—marshmallows, whipped cream, and festive sprinkles—it was a sweet way to bring everyone together and brighten the morning.

Moments like these remind us that hospice is not just about care, but about comfort, connection, and community. We are grateful for Diversicare of Winfield and the opportunity to support the residents and the amazing team who cares for them each day.

✨We’re Excited to Welcome Paige Hayes to Our Team!✨

We’re thrilled to announce that Paige has joined Alabama Hospice Care as our new RN case manager.

Paige is a registered nurse from Fayette, Alabama, and a proud 2022 graduate of Bevill State Community College. With a deep love for her hometown, Paige is honored to serve the people of Fayette and the surrounding areas through compassionate hospice care. She looks forward to walking alongside families in her community, offering comfort, dignity, and support when it’s needed most.
