It has been a great year for our Now What and Baby Boot Camp programs! One of the best days is graduate day for our moms and dads, when they receive their car seat or pack 'n play and we begin getting their baby basket together! We have had 72 graduates so far this year. Thank you to those who support this program specifically, and those who are mission partners with our center!

We have had a lot of questions recently about what donations we can take to our clothes closet. Here are some guidelines for what we can and can't take! On behalf of the moms and dads that we serve, THANK YOU for gifts...this service wouldn't exist without your generosity!

To donate, drive through the gate and you'll see our Donations & Deliveries door at the back of the building. *Our back doorbell is currently broken*, so please leave items on the table outside or give us a call at 205-221-5860 and we'll meet you back there!

The PTRC will be open today and tomorrow until 4:00! We will be closed the rest of the wek for Thanksgiving.

So far we have 15 churches signed up to participate in our Baby Bottle Boomerang Campaign in January, with over 600 bottles going out! We are starting to take reservations NOW so we can make sure that we have enough bottles prepared. If your church plans to participate or would like to know more, email us at ptrcjasper@gmail.com or call 205-221-5860. We'd love to have your church or business be a part--this is one of the easiest ways to support the PTRC, we we provide the bottles!

THANK YOU to these sweet kiddos (and their parents!) from Mrs. Stella and Mrs. Whitney’s classes of Jasper’s First Baptist Preschool for their gifts of baby items for the little ones that we serve! Babies helping babies—doesn’t get much better than that.

We have had some other groups host item drives and donate baby items this month. Thank you for helping us meet the recent increase in needs!

If you have earned a basket through our Now What program, there’s a good chance that our volunteer, Cindy, was the one who created that for you! Cindy has served with us for almost 15 years in different capacities, and we are SO thankful for her. From keeping inventory of our items to making our parents feel special with the baskets they receive, she serves with excellence. Thank you, Cindy!

What We Offer...

The PTRC’s programs and services include pregnancy testing, ultrasound, parenting and prenatal classes, and clothes closet (newborn-2T clothing and baby items as well as maternity clothing). All of our services are free and confidential.
