It’s okay to be that person at the table. 👀

You know—the one who orders steamed veggies instead of fries, asks for no sauce, gets dressing on the side, or builds a simple meal à la carte like grilled chicken and broccoli.

That’s not being difficult… that’s being intentional. 💯

You don’t have to sacrifice your goals just because you’re eating out. Most places are happy to accommodate—you just have to ask.

Keep it simple. Keep it aligned. And don’t apologize for taking care of yourself. 🙌

“If it’s more than 3, LET IT BE.”

A simple rule to try and follow: if a food has more than 3 ingredients, skip it.

Simplicity means real food. Think eggs, chicken, rice, apples, potatoes. Foods that don’t need a paragraph to explain what they are.

Side note: yes, some foods like guacamole have more than 3 ingredients — but they’re all real, single ingredients coming together to make one food. Avocado, lime, salt, maybe onion. That’s different than a list of additives you can’t pronounce.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about awareness.

Try this for one week:
Before you eat something, check the ingredient list. If it’s longer than 3 and filled with processed extras… let it be!

You might be surprised how much cleaner, simpler, and better you feel.

First show. First time on stage. And she executed like a seasoned pro. 👙✨

From day one, her attention to detail was unmatched. Check-ins? Never missed. Weekly weights and photos? Always loaded in our app. Food choices? Locked in (and don’t even think about taking her energy drink 🤣).

The front of the box says things like:

❤️️ Heart Healthy
🌾 Made with Whole Grains

But turn the box around and you may see ingredients like:

• Sugar
• Brown sugar syrup
• Honey
• Corn starch
• Flavorings

One serving contains 12g of sugar — about 3 teaspoons.

The marketing highlights the healthy ingredient while ignoring the rest of the ultra-processed formula.

This is called a health halo — when one healthy feature makes the entire product seem healthier than it really is.

Next time you shop:

Motivation Monday 💪

Unpopular opinion:
Your health deserves a spot on your schedule just like everything else.

Training.
Recovery.
Nutrition.
Movement.

These aren’t things you “fit in” when you have time.
They’re the things that create the strength, energy, and discipline to do everything else.

Every workout.
Every night you choose sleep over partying.
Every time you say, “No thank you” to the ultraprocessed food or round of drinks.
Every small choice to show up for yourself adds up.

Start the week strong. Keep showing up. 🏃‍♀️🔥

Motivation Monday:

Don’t just go through the motions.

Real change in fitness doesn’t happen by simply showing up and checking the box. It happens when you push past comfortable — when the workout gets hard, your legs burn, and you choose to keep going anyway.

Progress lives in that uncomfortable space.

But it doesn’t stop in the gym. Results come from the decisions you make outside of it too. Planning your meals, ordering clean when everyone else is eating whatever they feel like, and making choices that support your goals — even when it’s not the popular choice.

Discipline in the gym. Discipline in the kitchen.

Stop going through the motions. Train with intention, fuel your body with purpose, and watch what happens when you commit to the process.

Wellness Wednesday with

If you want results, you have to be intentional — with your nutrition and your training.

Want to lose weight?
You need an overall weekly caloric deficit.
You can’t diet hard all week, then lose track on the weekend and expect progress. Hard truth — don’t shoot the messenger!

Want to gain muscle?
You need a surplus — but how you do it matters.

A clean bulk = controlled surplus, quality food, progressive training. You’ll need some patience, as this means slower gain, more muscle, less fat.
A dirty bulk = “eat everything” with no structure. This might mean faster weight gain, but also comes along with more body fat and inflammation.

And no matter the goal — your training has to match it.

Random workouts and random eating= Random results.

Be intentional. Train with purpose. Win the week!
