It’s okay to be that person at the table. 👀
You know—the one who orders steamed veggies instead of fries, asks for no sauce, gets dressing on the side, or builds a simple meal à la carte like grilled chicken and broccoli.
That’s not being difficult… that’s being intentional. 💯
You don’t have to sacrifice your goals just because you’re eating out. Most places are happy to accommodate—you just have to ask.
Keep it simple. Keep it aligned. And don’t apologize for taking care of yourself. 🙌
