Bringing my love of yoga from York, England to Jasper, Tx

I’ve been sharing my love of yoga with the Jasper and Lake Sam Rayburn area since April 2015. Over the last 3 years our community of yogis has grown, and together we have created a welcoming and fun space to explore a yoga practice whether you’re looking for an active class or something more gentle and meditative.

Flow, gentle, slow flow and chair yoga classes are offered to suit all ages and physical abilities, and guided by an experienced, certified yoga and chair yoga instructor. All classes are designed for beginners and regularly practicing yogis, and include time for movement, balance, strength and flexibility as well as time to rest, breathe and meditate.
