📌What You'll Do:
Lead and supervise our team of personal care attendants to ensure high-quality, compliant PHC services under Texas Medicaid guidelines
Oversee client assessments, care planning, and ongoing client services coordination
Provide training, mentoring, and performance support to attendants
Monitor service delivery, conduct supervisory visits, and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards
Handle scheduling, problem-solving, and communication between clients, families, attendants, and management
📌What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in Primary Home Care (PHC) or similar Medicaid personal care programs (strongly preferred)
Proven supervisory or leadership experience in home care, home health, or attendant services
Strong knowledge of Texas HHSC PHC rules, attendant training requirements, and client rights
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Compassionate, reliable, and committed to person-centered care
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel for supervisory visits required)
