We’re excited to kick off the year by completing our first Mental Sports Performance Clinic of the season earlier today! 🧠💪

Watching athletes grow in confidence, focus, and mental resilience is always rewarding—and this group brought great energy and effort.

IMPACT FOCUS OF THE MONTH: Counseling for postpartum mothers in need through Navigate Christian Counseling LLC! 10% of our profits for the month of July will go toward this amazing program as well as any donations given in lieu of tips (so please give generously!).

From licensed counselor, Madeline Weyer: “As a recently post-partum mother, I am hoping to rally enough funds to offer free counseling sessions for other mothers in need. I have a goal to work directly with post- partum care providers to streamline help for mothers who show up as “at risk” during their post-partum screenings. Your donations will help make this goal a reality!”
