Experience a rejuvenating Detox Session that begins with a cozy sauna blanket, allowing you to comfortably sweat, while also enjoying a red light mask. This is followed by a soothing hot ionic foot bath, designed to draw out toxins, all while you relax with a podcast, playlist, audiobook, or calming music for a magical experience.

*Note: You'll need a comfy loose fitting long sleeve shirt, pants, and socks for the sauna, bring a change of clothes for afterwards!
