We are pleased to announce the addition of Adam Werne as Director of Process Engineering to the Kimball International team.

In this role, Adam will be responsible for leading the design, strategic development, optimization, and implementation of manufacturing and warehousing processes. His focus will be on improving safety, quality, and sustainability while supporting Kimball International’s continued growth.

Adam brings over 20 years of professional experience in operations, engineering, and leadership, including prior experience with Kimball International, where he spent six years on the Process Engineering team, supporting manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Most recently, Adam served as Operations Manager at Magnum Systems, Inc.

We are pleased to announce the addition of Jackson McPherron as an Application Developer to the Kimball International Application Development Team.

Jackson will be focused on SAP and database development, collaborating with internal business units to support and enhance technological solutions. Jackson recently earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Southern Indiana, and successfully completed an Information Technology Internship at Kimball International.

Congratulations to Elijah Howard on his promotion to Senior Local Infrastructure Technician on the Kimball International Local Infrastructure Team.

In this role, Elijah will continue providing Level 3 technical support for end-user and manufacturing technology, while taking on additional responsibilities of mentoring the team with technical guidance, implementing best technical practices, resolving deep technical issues, documenting permanent solutions for level 1 and 2 support, and advising leadership on technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Elijah comes into this role with 7 years of experience at Kimball International. He has held a variety of roles throughout his career, most recently a Local Infrastructure Technician.

We are pleased to announce the addition of Cara Holton as A&D Market Manager on the Kimball International A&D Team.

Cara will have responsibility for the Houston, Texas area, playing a lead role in helping to establish specifications within the A&D community and developing solid relationships with architects, specifiers, and designers.

Cara joins us with 15 years of interior design, project management, and sales experience. She previously worked for dealers such as OP (now WRG) and McCoy Rockford. Most recently she served as Panolam Surface Systems' Regional A&D Specifications Manager for Southern Texas and Southern Louisiana.

Nataly joins us with a uniquely well-rounded background, including many roles in finance/banking before earning her bachelor’s degree in interior design. Her experience also includes interior design specializing in multi-unit residential projects, eventually transitioning info furniture.
