My mission is to provide therapeutic massage in a caring, professional environment. I offer massage in a variety of styles - traditional Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue work, Injury rehabilitation, Myotherapy, Trigger point, and stress relief. My goal is to tailor the client's experience based on initial interview information, as well as in-the-minute feedback during the massage, and to insure the client's comfort and satisfaction. I intend to offer massage that is effective, yet respectful of the client's personal boundaries, so that the experience is relaxing and energizing for both the client and the provider. I am mindful of the overall experience - using quality oils and lotions, appropriate scents, and soothing music, nature sounds or silence - as the client prefers.

Did you know that what you eat directly affects how your mind works? Your gut and brain are connected and always in communication with each other. ⁠

If you're dealing with stress, moodiness and cravings, you might want to look at what's on your plate…

Here are some other ways to eat to beat stress ⬇️⁠

1️⃣ Don't eat too late. If you eat too late, your body secretes more of the insulin hormone. Try to eat between 5-6 pm. ⁠

2️⃣ Pinpoint outside stressors. It is not just about what you eat, but it also can be about the environment you're eating in or the people you eat with. ⁠

3️⃣ Avoid toxins. You want to avoid foods sprayed with herbicides or pesticides, along with animals that have eaten foods that contain harmful toxins.⁠

Here is a general formula to follow:
Lutein 16 mg per day, Zeaxanthin 6 mg per day
Vitamin A 10-15,000 IU’s
Bilberry: 180-240 mg per day
Taurine 500 mg per day
Omega 3 fatty acids 2-3000 per day
Green Tea Extract 500-750 mg per day
Since 40-60 mg per day plus copper 2-4 mg per day
Ginkgo Biloba 120 mg per day
Vitamine B complex: 50 mg per day
Nuts and Seeds—for amino acids
Fruits: blackberries, black currants, blueberries.
