Residents had a wonderful time at our Paddle & Plate Cooking Demo! Our talented cook Brenda, along with our Program and Outreach Director Mel, hosted a fun and interactive demonstration featuring a Southern favorite — boiled peanuts! Residents enjoyed learning how they’re made while hearing some fun facts and, of course, tasting this delicious treat.It was a great afternoon filled with laughter, learning, and good food!
