You may find yourself crying uncontrollably, experiencing extreme rage, or drowning your sorrows with destructive behaviors. Let’s work together to get things straightened out. Emotions are hard to handle, particularly when accompanied by past traumas. We feel overwhelmed, underprepared, and generally inept to handle what life is throwing our way. Together, you and I can gently review life’s toughest issues. With an unconditionally accepting ear, I will help you see the way out of your trauma. Life is hard, but it can be better than it is right now. Confronting your past - overcoming your hurt - may be too difficult to do alone. As a counselor, I am trained to guide you through this process to make it as easy as possible while helping you get to a place of resolution.
