📚✨What a wonderful Literacy Week at CES!✨📚

We had such a fun and meaningful week celebrating the joy of reading with our students. Each day brought creativity, excitement, and a reminder of how books can open up whole new worlds for our learners.

Our dress-up days helped make the week extra special:
🌈 Monday – “Books Brighten Our World”
🐆 Tuesday – “Wild About Reading”
🧢 Wednesday – “Hats Off to Reading”
🌟 Thursday – “Celebrate What Makes You Unique”
🛏️ Friday – “Snuggle Up With a Good Book”

From colorful outfits to cozy reading time, it was amazing to see our students and staff come together to celebrate literacy. Thank you to our students, families, and teachers for making this week such a success and for continuing to encourage a lifelong love of reading!❤️📖

We wanted to wrap up National School Social Worker Week by giving a special shoutout to our very own, Mrs. Brittany Whitman!

Mrs. Whitman makes a difference in the lives of our students and their families far beyond the classroom. She helps our school community navigate challenges, overcome barriers, and connect with community resources. We are so grateful for the care, encouragement, and dedication she brings to Chumuckla Elementary.

If you have little ones or know someone who does, please join us this weekend at the Santa Rosa County Auditorium. There will be so many community resources there to assist families, vendors giving away gifts, food and awesome giveaways!! Please help us by sharing this and spread the word!

Thank you to several of our amazing PTO moms for this month’s Teacher Treat!

Between all the delicious sweets, Mrs. Looze’s door-to-door service, and the remaining spread for folks to snack on throughout the day, our teachers and staff were definitely feelin’ the love.💕🫶🏼❤️
