Kent County Nursing Home A skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation facility with in house Physical and Occupational Therapy

Kent County Nursing Home is a licensed Medicaid facility located in Jayton, TX. KCNH has been in long-term care for 50 years now and is a county-owned facility. Attached to the Kent County Nursing Home is the Kent County Rural Health Clinic which makes it convenient for patients and for residents of the community.
