William Penn Care Center is looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Admissions Clerk to join our team! This position plays an important role in welcoming new residents and supporting families during the transition into our community.

✨ What We’re Looking For:
• Prior admissions experience in a skilled nursing facility is required
• LPN license is helpful but not required
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Professional, caring, and confident in working with residents & families

📝 Position Highlights:
• Coordinate and process resident admissions
• Maintain accurate records & census logs
• Assist residents and families during onboarding
• Work closely with Nursing, Business Office & Administration teams
