Join us for an ongoing strength and balance class designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re joining for the first time or coming back each week, this class focuses on building strength, improving balance, and moving with confidence in a supportive group setting.

Winter Session runs Fridays, January 9 through February 27 at the WROC gym.

Cardio Drumming
1:00–2:00pm

Cardio Drumming for Parkinson’s
2:15–3:15pm

Led by Eric Horton, PT, DPT, alongside Dakota Lane, CPT. Classes are designed to be engaging, adaptable, and supportive, with options to participate seated or standing.

Just a reminder — White Oak Athletic Association has moved Cardio Drumming to next Tuesday, December 16th. This will be our last class of the session, and T-shirts that were ordered will be available for pickup. See you then!
