Hi! My name is Callie Koelling and I am from Owensville, Mo. I just recently graduated high school and cannot wait for what the future holds! I have always loved helping humans and animals in every aspect of life, so getting to expand my knowledge of wellness in both areas is exciting. When I’m not working, I enjoy barrel racing, the river, playing with my dogs and of course socializing with friends.

Three vital components of health. 🍂

𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - Eating nutrient dense foods.
𝐇𝐲𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - 60 - 100 ounces of water per day
𝐌𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 - strive for 30 minutes 3x a week and resistance training 3x a week for 30 minutes of cardio with a elevated heart rate (meaning it should be difficult to talk and move at the same time)

Maintaining healthy habits day to day is crucial for longevity and feeling your best! As we enter a new season and month let’s strive to add more positive habits each day!
