Please be patient with your pharmacy staff today. Change HealthCare, a division of United HealthCare, has had a cybersecurity problem since yesterday and will possibly last into tomorrow. More than half of pharmacies use Change to connect our computers to insurers/PBMs, so pharmacies are unable to bill insurance plans if they use Change (like we do). You can still pay out of pocket for your prescriptions and then request reimbursement from your insurance after the fact. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

A cyberattack is ongoing at Change Healthcare, a health tech giant that claims its technology touches one-in-three U.S. patient records.
