Upcoming NAMI Family-to-Family Course!

NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session educational program for family members, significant others, and friends of people living with mental illness. This course is taught by trained family members and is proven to significantly improve the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to an individual living with a mental health condition.

This virtual course meets weekly on Tuesdays starting Apr. 7th until May 26th from 6:00pm-8:30pm CT via Zoom.

NAMI Basics is a free education program for parents and family caregivers of children and teens age 21 and younger who are experiencing mental health symptoms.
