We are pleased to announce that Central Missouri Cardiology will join the Capital Region Medical Center Physicians network beginning in January of 2021.

This transition will provide our practice access to additional resources and bolster physician collaboration, enhancing patient care.

Our physicians will continue to care for our community just as they have for the past 30 years, caring for patients at both SSM – St. Mary’s Hospital, Jefferson City and Capital Region Medical Center.

We want to assure, you, our patients, that your healthcare needs will always be our top priority.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

MASKS are required for everyone who enters our office

We would prefer only the patient come in to the office for the appointment when possible.

If a family member is necessary - only one family member will be allowed inside the office.

Family members are discouraged from coming with you when you are having tests. There may not be space available for your family to wait inside our office for the entire duration of your test.

Our waiting room space is limited, please DO NOT arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

You or your family member may be asked to wait in your car.

If you have flu symptoms (cough, shortness of breath) or a fever > 100, or known exposure to
someone with COVID-19 virus, Please call us to reschedule your appointment

We do offer telehealth appointments. Please call us if you would like to find out more.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

Our goal is to maintain our office as safe zone for our patients and staff while continuing to provide urgent cardiology services.

Here is how you can help:

Most of our patients are considered high risk and should be taking precautions for social distancing.
We hope you are staying home and limiting contact with others.

If you have an appointment scheduled, we can offer you several options.
1. Routine appointments in patients who are not experiencing any new symptoms or concerns, could be rescheduled for the fall.
2. Any patient who would prefer to be seen in our office, can keep their schedule appointment but will be screened prior to checking in at the front desk
3. We will be offering remote visits with your cardiologist and/or nurse practitioner in the near future as another option to being seen for routine or urgent appointments.

When you come to our office, here is what you can expect
1. We would prefer only the patient come to the office for the appointment when possible. If a family member necessary only one family member will be allowed inside the office.
2. Everyone who enters the office will be screened before they check into the front desk. Those that are determined high risk will be asked to leave and call back reschedule their appointment.

a. High risk will be determined by presence of flu symptoms (cough , shortness of breath) or a fever > 100, Travel out of US in the last 14 days, or Exposure to COVID-19 virus

3. Please practice social distancing in our office. Space yourself 6 feet from others. We will only allow a maximum of 10 people in our waiting room at one time. You may be asked to wait in your car.
