Today I have officially hit my pre-pregnancy weight!!! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Iโ€™m not done yet! I still need to increase my muscle mass and decrease my body fat but Iโ€™m sooooo happy I reached one of my goals!! ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ

How did I do it? By applying all the principles I teach โค๏ธ And most importantly I enjoyed the process. โค๏ธ

โœ…You can enjoy mom life and love the skin youโ€™re in.

๐ŸฅฐIt doesnโ€™t have to be either or.

โฐ Now.. it might take longer than you expect to get your body back into shape but it will happen sooner than you think if you stay consistent and diligent in your healthy habits.

Iโ€™m only a few pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight and body fat percentage. I can always hope things would go faster but Iโ€™m loving the progress so far. Because some progress is better than no progress, right! ๐Ÿ˜Œ
