Friends of Help Center PHC Supporters STATEMENT OF FAITH

1. We believe in one God eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

2.

We believe in God the Father, whose creation reveals His unparalleled power and whose love extends to every person even before each is born.

3. We believe in both the full deity and full humanity of Jesus Christ. We believe in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His atoning death on the cross in our place, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His future personal return in power and glory.

4. We believe that human beings are created in God’s image, but because of human sin against God that image was defaced and fellowship with God was broken.

5. We believe that God has demonstrated His love for the lost and sinful humanity, in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us. We believe that the Holy Spirit convinces us of sin and leads us to experience God’s salvation through faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, who alone reconciles us to God and who is restoring God’s image in us.

6. We believe in the on-going ministry of the Holy Spirit, who empowers us to live godly lives and to express our personal faith in good works.

7. We believe in life after death of both the saved and the lost; the saved to dwell in God’s presence forever in heaven, and the lost to exist eternally without God in hell.

8. We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and uniquely authoritative Word of God.

9. We believe in the Body of Christ, which by the Holy Spirit is bound together in spiritual unity and sent out in gifted diversity to accomplish Christ’s mission in the world.

10. As an interdenominational organization, we can and do fully agree on the above nine points. We also acknowledge that each of our respective denominations may profess other doctrines which we may or may not hold in common. We pray that Our Lord Jesus Christ guide us as we work together as Christians, in His Holy Name.

We have the joy and pleasure of sharing truth about sexual health and healthy relationships to 10 schools in Mid-Missouri. We are thankful the schools recognize how much we care for their students.

Thank YOU for partnering with us to make this program happen. Like you, we believe that every life matters - including these middle school and high school students sitting in desks today trying to make big life decisions. Join us in praying for these students.

We'd love for you to join us for this FUN FISH FRY! Comment below if you will be there. 👇

"Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends..." 1 Corinthians 13:4-8

Our hope is to love everyone that walks through our doors with patience, kindness, humility, and joy. We strive to rejoice in the truth - that every life matters no matter the circumstances. We are here to bear the hard things with our clients and our community. When it comes down to it, we are here for any woman or family in need, and we are thankful for people like you who give your prayers, financial support, and time to love these women and families as well. Thank you for partnering with us.
