MSCA Members:
As recently announced, the 2026 MSCA Fall Conference will be held at the St. Charles Convention Center in St. Charles, Missouri! This exciting transition has been more than a decade in the making and is the result of extensive research, thoughtful consideration, and valuable feedback from our members and attendees.
Over the past few years, we’ve heard from many members — including members of our BIPOC community — who have expressed that they do not feel safe traveling to or spending time in the Lake of the Ozarks area. We take these concerns seriously. Everyone should feel welcome and secure when attending our events, and it is essential that our conference environment reflects those values.
In addition, consistent feedback from our annual conference surveys indicated a strong desire for a new venue. We listened carefully and are proud to respond with a change that reflects what our members and attendees have asked for.
The St. Charles Convention Center provides a modern, inclusive setting with all the conveniences needed for a comfortable and engaging conference experience. The venue offers ample parking and easy access to a variety of nearby restaurants, shops, and community amenities. The adjoining Embassy Suites Hotel provides convenient on-site lodging for those traveling to the conference. Together, these features ensure that our members can focus on connecting, learning, and enjoying the event without added concerns about accessibility or accommodations.
MSCA is thrilled to bring this fresh change in 2026, and we hope you’ll join us for what promises to be an engaging and inspiring event. More details will be shared soon — but for now, please mark your calendars for November 8–10, 2026, in St. Charles, Missouri!
We also want to express our sincere gratitude for the long-standing partnership MSCA has enjoyed with the Tan-Tar-A Conference Center and its staff. Each year, they have gone above and beyond to ensure the MSCA Fall Conference is a successful and memorable experience, and we are truly appreciative of their dedication and hospitality.
Thank you for your continued support and for sharing your feedback. Your voices help us shape a conference experience that truly reflects our shared values of inclusion, safety, and community. We look forward to seeing you in St. Charles!
