🇺🇸 On Veterans day, we had a service for our veterans. Tanner Chaplin from Gentiva Hospice spoke of the many armed forces in the United States. He asked our veteran residents what branch they served in, and they happily replied.

🙏 Tanner had a prayer with the residents, and we also had Karen from Smoky Mountain Home Health & Hospice, Inc., who provided the cakes and made certificates for our veterans' rooms. She also gave them a red blanket and a pin for their lapels.

Thank you to all who have served our country! We owe you a debt of gratitude. ❤️🤍💙

Today kicks off National Rehabilitation Awareness Week (Sept. 15-21) 2025! 🎉

In addition to our skilled nursing and long-term care services, each Life Care Centers of America facility also offers on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Over the years, our therapy teams across the nation have helped thousands of seniors improve function and mobility.
