5 years ago on October 3, my mom opened the can shop in Stuart, who would of thought 5 years later and now we have 3 locations! (Total of 5 in the family, can’t forget Carrie-D Away Redemption in Audubon and Harlan IA)

Barb will be making her famous delicious cupcakes for Stuart location! And I will have a free gift for the first 5 customers 🙂 Open normal hours 9-3 on Sunday.

Joyce will be open on Saturday 8am-Noon and the first 5 customers will recieve a FREE can catcher box with a bag. Everybody that comes will get 1 free bag per customer.

My brother and his wife, Brian and Lexus opened their Scranton location 1 year ago! Open Saturday 8am-6pm. They will have a gift for the first 5 customers and are going to offer .06 cents per redeemable item!!!

5 years ago I opened Nikki’s Nickel Jefferson. It’s been a wonderful little business. I have the best customers and have made lots of friends along the way.
I have continued to share the business by helping my other kids start theirs. Jessie now has Nikki’s Nickel Stuart and Brian and Lexus have Nikki’s Nickel Scranton Carrie has - Carrie-D Away Redemption in Audubon and Harlan, Iowa It’s a family business and we have helped each other along the way and we continue to do that.
Thank you all for your continued support. It sure means a lot to all of us.

Such a hard day today. We said goodbye to Charlie. To all the wonderful customers who always brought Charlie treats, we thank you. He was our protector but he certainly loved people. Although he was only with us for 3 1/2 years , he brought joy to us. It just wasn’t enough time

Today is our 4 year anniversary. We love doing our job. My favorite part is picking up orders for people who can’t get the cans to us. It’s been a great 4 years and we still are just as busy as ever.
Nikki’s Nickel will be adding another location in Scranton soon. We are really looking forward to that.

We finally got a cage donation area for Paws. (North east side of Bomgaars driveway). We also have the Aktion Club donation bin at All Abilities Cycle area.
