This week therapist Lucinda is completing her EMDR training and we are so proud of her. What is EMDR? It is a tool that can be used by trained therapists to process trauma and other distressing events by engaging both sides of the brain. Helping the left side (logic) and the right side (emotions) come together to reorganize the junk that has happened in your life. While it feels odd or unconventional to many, it has been proven repeatedly to be an effective tool. Read more here
