This week therapist Lucinda is completing her EMDR training and we are so proud of her. What is EMDR? It is a tool that can be used by trained therapists to process trauma and other distressing events by engaging both sides of the brain. Helping the left side (logic) and the right side (emotions) come together to reorganize the junk that has happened in your life. While it feels odd or unconventional to many, it has been proven repeatedly to be an effective tool. Read more here

Good morning friends.
I know that the algorithms prevent many of you from seeing posts, so I hope the excuse a repeat of information. I just really want to make sure everyone is in the know.

I'm attaching a flyer for October's remaining events. If you are planning to attend, or have questions, please reach out right away. I need a head count.

Here are some things to remember:
* Open play hours are currently still weekdays 8am-2pm and Saturdays 8-11am; even on event days! So come play even if you can't attend the event.

* The member price on the kids event is not just about customer loyalty, it is also because the event ticket only needs to cover the materials cost, while the non-member price also includes a discounted play pass fee.

I truly hope to see many of you!
