Christmas Angel Donation has begun! Thank you all for coming together last year and making our Day Program participants Christmas so special.
If you are interested in becoming a Christmas Angel for a participant this year, please comment on the members picture that you would like to be their Christmas Angel.

Donations can be dropped off at our Jefferson Office
152 W Garland Street
Jefferson, WI 53549
We are taking donations now through Wednesday December 17th, to give us time to organize and wrap each members gifts.
You can drop off during business hours Monday-Friday 8a-2:30p or we will have a Christmas Angel (blue) barrel for afterhours donations.

Please remember to put the number of the participant you chose on their gift, so we make sure each member gets the gift(s) you donated.
