🌸🐰 Easter Weekend Hours Update 🐰🌸

Mountain Hearts Wellness Center will be closed for Easter weekend to allow our staff time with family:

✝️ Good Friday – Closed
🌷 Saturday – Closed
🐣 Easter Sunday – Closed
🌼 Easter Monday – Closed

🏋️‍♂️ We will reopen Tuesday (4/7) from 6AM–8PM

🔑 Reminder: Members with prox card access can still use the gym during this time.

Weather Update ❄️🌬️

Due to thunderstorms, we will not have Water Arthritis at 9:30 AM today.

Additionally, because of the forecasted high winds and snow this afternoon, we will also be canceling all swim lessons and water aerobics for the afternoon.

The safety of our members, staff, and families is our top priority. Thank you for your understanding, and please stay safe and warm!

💪 Meet Cameron – Personal Trainer at Mountain Hearts!

You’ve probably seen Cameron at the front desk welcoming members with a smile — but did you know he also helps members reach their fitness goals through personal training?

Cameron has been part of the Mountain Hearts family for nearly a year and brings both knowledge and energy to every session. He’s currently a graduate student at App State working toward his Master’s in Kinesiology, which means he’s constantly learning new ways to help you move better, get stronger, and feel your best.

He enjoys all sports and understands what it takes to train with purpose. When he’s not at the gym or studying, you can find him relaxing with video games or a good TV show.

If you’re looking for guidance, accountability, and a trainer who truly cares about your progress, Cameron is ready to help!
