Kickball for exercise and a little science on the side 🏃‍♀️🏐🦋

Today was all about staying active and sparking some curiosity! Our residents got moving with a fun game of kickball—lots of laughs, teamwork, and just the right amount of competition. Then we slowed things down by collecting caterpillars to watch their amazing transformation into butterflies. Nature, movement, and smiles all in one perfect day 🌞💛

Sunshine, sweet treats, and staying active—now that’s a perfect day! ☀️🍬💪

Our residents enjoyed soaking up the sunshine while treating themselves to candy canes and getting in some fun outdoor exercise. Smiles, laughter, and a little movement made for a day full of joy!

Our residents were batting, bouncing, and laughing their way through a beachy good time! Who knew a simple beach ball could bring so many smiles and so much energy? ☀️💙
