Our team took a little time to enjoy the charm of historic Jefferson, Texas with an impromptu trip downtown for some shopping and great food. Being just minutes from downtown Jefferson makes it easy to step out, celebrate together, and enjoy all the character our town has to offer.

We had a great time getting our hands dirty planting seeds and vegetable plants! 🌱🪴

A big thank you to Lisa from Marshall Hospice for helping. Our residents enjoyed planting and learning about what they’re growing. Once the weather gets better, we’ll move the plants outside and watch them continue to grow!

Sometimes the simple moments bring the biggest smiles.

Our residents and staff had a great time playing balloon toss, enjoying lots of smiles, laughter, and a little friendly fun together. Activities like this keep everyone moving, engaged, and making memories as a community.
