I wish I was better at adding reviews from clients. Here is one that I received from Katie B. She was able to again pursue normal daily activities after months of debilitation.

"I am so thankful for Stephanie and her Holistic Wellness facility. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she is incredibly kind and caring. It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know her, and I look forward to all of my appointments at Hyperbaric and Holistic Wellness.

I started mild hyperbaric therapy last month, and I can't get over how amazing it made me feel. After just one session, I noticed a huge difference, and by the 3rd session nearly all of my symptoms had either disappeared or reduced tremendously. These symptoms that I had experienced for months were keeping me from doing my normal daily activities, and now I'm thriving again.

It is such a blessing to have this place in Jefferson. If you have never experienced mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy, you should definitely give it a try."

Clinical Study: Mild Hyperbarics for Impaired Brain Function

Dr. Gunnar Heuser, a toxic exposure specialist, documented results of a series of hyperbaric treatments on 9 patients suffering from Impaired Brain Function. The purpose was to study the effects of 1.3 ATA of hyperbaric therapy on those patients. His patients included individuals who suffered from impairment to brain function such as memory and balance due to years of exposure to a variety of chemicals, pesticides and solvents. Some patients had developed attention deficit disorder and may well have been experiencing disabling effects that altered their quality of life, It is important to note that MRI scans confirmed that there was no cell death in those patients, only loss of function.

Methods:
Each patient was given a series of 10 hyperbaric treatments: one hour per day for five consecutive days for two weeks. To objectively test the effects of the hyperbaric sessions, SPECT scans were taken of each patient's brain before and after the series of treatments.

Results:
Every one of the patients who participated in the study showed improvement after only 10 treatments. Reporting fewer problems with short term memory, balance, headaches, and other symptoms of poor circulation in the brain. The SPECT scans objectively confirmed an increase in blood flow and oxygen to affected areas of the brain such as the temporal lobe, the part of the brain where short term memory is located. The improvements in the temporal lobe seen in the SPECT scans were verified when the patient regained his short term memory.

My best diving advice and tricks!

Iโ€™ve been diving for many years now and I wanted to share some of my best advice Iโ€™ve learned along the way. Feel free to add yours in the comment sections also !

โฐ Best times to dive :
I prefer to dive twice daily. (I am more experienced so iโ€™ll note that beginners and those with chronic conditions need to start with a slow protocol working your way up in time and pressure.)To achieve two dives daily I usually dive early morning then again before bed. If your having issues with sleep, diving only early in the day can help this as dives send more oxygen to the brain.

๐Ÿ‘ Using the valves :
Use the valves!!! They are meant to be used. First going up and down in pressure during your dives or short cycling has been shown to increase stem cells, second doing this allows cold air inside and out and makes the dive less stuffy. I prefer to dive near a open window for fresh air intake.

๐Ÿ˜Ž Keeping it cool:
Other ways to keep the chamber cool are to point a large box fan right outside the chamber pointed on the compressor or you can get a pet cooling mat. I prefer to avoid emfs or electronics when possible so these are my most preferred methods.

๐Ÿ™Œ Boost your sessions :
I often use red light therapy, molecular hydrogen water and my hot cocao drinks before or after a dive. I also recommend daily epsom flake (not salt) baths nightly to draw out toxins from cells as mhbot detoxes you.

๐Ÿ“’ Make a journal:
Write down your progress, gains and track dives in some sort of journal to look back on.

๐Ÿ›‘ When not to dive :
If you are sick or congested itโ€™s best to just avoid a session. It does help recovery before and after but can he harmful to your ears if your clogged up and attempt a dive, just donโ€™t.

๐Ÿ”‘ Consistently is key
If you want results be prepared to dive 5-7 days a week for up to 60 dives. The key to hbot progress is commitment and consistency.

๐ŸŽ Your diet DOES matter :
What you eat daily and consume does affect your results. A whole food diet with limited sugar, dairy and oil is important. If your not seeing results look at what body products your using and what your eating daily. Your never going to detox if your loading up on toxic lotions, foods and products every day.

๐Ÿ’ฆ Hydrate a lot but donโ€™t drink too much right before a mhbot session ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

๐ŸŒฟ Taking a whole food sourced vitamin C (not the synthetic junk) and molecular hydrogen water with your mhbot regime daily helps a lot with energy, fatique and herxing.
