One year ago, I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training course. A year ago this Saturday was my first time teaching Hatha Yoga, and my first time teaching Yoga in the studio. Though I still have much to learn, I am grateful for each chance to practice yoga with our community. Thank you to the yogis who practice at the studio and thank you to our amazing teachers who are sharing their gifts with us.
