MAY calendar is in and we have a few new classes to introduce !!

💃🏼Tuesday mornings we will have dance fitness, this is a super fun, low impact steady state cardio, great for all ages.

🚲Cycle strength is great for all ages. It will be a gentle 20 minute cardio on the bike, followed by a 20 minute resistance training. 

Please pay attention to the website and this business page for updates or cancellations 

Guest received two free classes to try

group membership $60 a month or $10 a class for drop ins 

For 65 and older is $45 for the membership or $8 per class 

Payment is due the first week of the month

Each session builds on the last and your benefits of the massage will last longer.

It can help with stress management and mental health to decrease cortisol levels and boost the happy hormones like serotonin and dopamine to help lower stress and anxiety.

With regular massage your sleep quality will improve, It will help to calm the nervous system and strengthen the immune system.
