Classes for the rest of December after Christmas break Will be Monday 29 mobility 9 AM /Pilates at 5 PM and on Tuesday yoga is canceled. There will be a pop-up TRX interval class at 5 PM instead. Closed the 31st and 1st and new schedule begins Jan 2

 studio membership unlimited is $60 a month or $10 a class for drop ins

For 65 an older $45 a month or $6 a class for drop ins

We have something for everyone and everyone is welcome
