Sweet Frankie has been a long time patient. Recently he had some dental work and while he is healing really well, during his routine acupuncture treatment I could help his healing along. There are acupuncture points to help the immune system and a point on the rear foot that helps with dental pain! He also was super cooperative for a little gentle laser therapy on his healing gums. Acupuncture is about restoring balance and harmony to the body. Frankie is a perfect example.

Just did a terrific webinar about acupuncture and cancer patients. SAFE and can be very EFFECTIVE in treating the whole patient. Thanks Every Day Acupuncture For Veterinarians and Dr. Kendra Pope (an integrative veterinary oncologist) for great information.

Friday favorite: Frankie! Frankie has been seeing me for acupuncture for years now to help with his fear of thunderstorms and noises. His mom and dad are very dedicated to his care and use traditional and herbal medicines, supplements, calming music and a Thundershirt ( the “sport” version seems to work best for him). He’s the bestest boy! Frankie and his mom are a registered Therapy Team with WAGS Pet Therapy of Kentucky, Inc. and do wonderful volunteer work. Yay Frankie!
