Congratulations Dianna Thone, CNA/Preceptor, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025! We are looking forward to honoring this year's outstanding Quest Winners at the banquet on November 13 at the Marriott in Indianapolis.

Dianna Thone has been compassionately serving the residents at Hillcrest Village since 2016. Dianna presents each day with a smile and a willingness to do whatever she can to make the day special for the residents. She has been a vital part of maintaining high quality standards of care for the residents of Hillcrest Village by actively training new team members.

Dianna discovered a passion for senior care around the age of 10. Her and her mother would regularly visit her grandparents at a nursing facility. It was during these visits that she realized the importance of serving others and the impact that Compassion and Quality Care can have on someone’s life, from then on, she knew she wanted to live a life of service to others which guided her to becoming a CNA at the age of 18.

Dianna has a son 39, a daughter 21 and a Yorki Poo fur baby named Williams that’s just straight spoiled. When she isn’t providing excellent service to the residents, she can be found relaxing at home in the pool, watching a Netflix Series or having a family dinner night. She spends a lot of time out on her boat fishing, camping and going to the beach.

Dianna truly exhibits our CARE values and helps drive the mission of “Caring People Making the Difference”. She offers us all this advice, “CALL, DON’T FALL!”
