Each professional practicing within Perfect 10 maintains responsibility for their individual services, licensure, scheduling/availability and client care. Our mission is to provide a beautiful, welcoming environment where skilled providers and clients can connect, grow, and thrive. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for our providers’ time and our clients waiting for appointments, we kindly require notice for any schedule changes.
• Same-day cancellations for esthetic and cosmetic services are subject to a $25 fee.
• Same-day cancellations for injectable and wellness appointments are subject to a $75 fee. We understand that situations arise and appreciate your understanding in helping us protect our providers’ schedules. Refund Policy

Perfect 10 and the independent professionals practicing within our space do not offer refunds on services rendered or prepaid services. However, when appropriate, funds may be transferred toward another service within the same provider’s offerings. Transfer eligibility is determined by the individual provider/service. At Perfect 10, luxury meets expertise — all in one elevated space.💛
