Norton Clark Hospital is proud to recognize our newest Bee Award Winner, Hollie Sadler, Mother/Baby Unit! 🐝

Hollie was recently recognized for being the definition of “extraordinary every day.” Her nomination story noted that Hollie treats every patient with compassion, tending to every need—even checking on discharged mothers who are no longer patients but remain by their NICU newborns. Her care goes beyond expectations, offering a listening ear, anticipating needs before they’re spoken, and creating a clean, welcoming space for moms learning to navigate ‘mom life.’

Her presence is a steady source of comfort and care. Whether calming an anxious mom, swaddling a newborn, or lending a helping hand to nurses without being asked, Hollie moves through each shift with purpose.

Please join us in congratulating Hollie on this well-deserved recognition as Norton Clark Hospital’s newest Bee Award Winner!

Beth Adams’ journey in health care began in a nursing home, where she developed a deep appreciation for caring for older adults and even considered a master’s degree in gerontology. Although that path wasn’t in the cards, she quickly found her calling elsewhere.

In January 1985, she joined Norton Clark Hospital as a medical/surgical nurse. Just two years later, colleagues encouraged her to give the intensive care unit (ICU) a try, and it turned out to be a perfect fit. Six-and-a-half years into her ICU career, she transitioned to the day shift and has been making an impact there ever since.

Beth recalls a time when getting hired at the hospital often came down to who you knew, and she’s grateful she had a connection to help open that door. Reflecting on her career, she considers joining Norton Healthcare one of the best things that’s ever happened to her. To Beth, the “big blue N” is more than a logo; it’s her shining star.

Thank you, Beth, for 40 years of heartfelt service and dedication. 🥰
