🌨️The winter storm this weekend means higher call volume and harder transport decisions. When non-emergency calls stack up, crews need a safe off-ramp that keeps units available.

RightSite will be staffed and available this Sunday to support non-emergent 911 callers during the surge from 🕛 12pm–8pm CST

Our ER doctors and navigators can assist with non-emergent patients, “where should I go?” questions, and access needs like refills, rides, and urgent care.

Carrollton Texas Fire Rescue is officially

Not every medical 911 call needs lights and sirens.

As one of the firefighters put it, “You shouldn’t have to be a social worker, therapist, and an Uber. Call RightSite to take some of the pressure off.”
