I remember back in 2016, when a baby would start crying in our boutique. We'd pull out a 7 metal Tibetan bowl and it would soothe them immediately. Every. Single. Time.

It's still my go to if I notice an internal tantrum coming on...

Resonance is real. It's not some buzz word (well it is...), but it is with good reason.

I have 6 seven metal bowls in stock, and yes... it matters. Cheap brass bowls off of Amazon simply do not have the same overtones/undertones that come when you have multiple metals in one bowl. Dm me for details.

A lot of what we’re witnessing right now isn’t ideology.
It’s fear under pressure.

Fear that was never held.
Power that learned to survive without care.

Many of the forces we resist most fiercely are not foreign.
They are inherited strategies — passed through bloodlines shaped by shame, silence, and scarcity.

This doesn’t excuse harm.
But it tells the truth about how harm is made.

I’m interested in a different response:
one that holds compassion and holds the line —
that stands up without hardening,
and acts without passing pain forward.

The work is not to prove we are different from what we hate.
It is to meet it with enough awareness
that it no longer needs to act through us.

That’s the through-line.
That’s the work.
