Our Story

I am a Certified Health Coach and Trauma Certified Yoga Instructor who recently moved to the country for acreage on a lake. I will be hosting retreats that emphasize rest and restoration and going back to the way God made us. I am passionate about empowering women and healing marriages. My heart has a deep compassion for anyone struggling with chronic disease, adrenal fatigue and cancer.

My areas of interest are: *Feminine Wholeness *Marriages *Spirituality *Adrenal Fatique * Depression/Anxiety * Inflammation * Chronic pain * Chronic Illness * Food Sensitivities *Primary Foods *Nourished Eating
