Today was truly special.

Twenty-one women gathered to create vision boards centered on God’s intentions for the year ahead. We spent time in scripture, prayer, and reflection — releasing what no longer serves us and turning our attention toward where God is leading next.

It was powerful, peaceful, and full of clarity.

I will be hosting more gatherings like this — continuing the work of reflection, prayer, and vision with women who are ready to move forward with purpose.

As we move through this holiday season, our hearts are full.
We are deeply grateful for the people who allow us into their stories — especially in the hardest places of their lives.

It is an honor to sit with you, to hold space for your pain, and to offer a confidential, safe place to simply be. That trust is a gift we never take lightly.

We’re also thankful for those who come in for mental health check-ups, who prioritize their well-being, and who seek support not because they’re in crisis, but because they want to stay healthy and continue growing.

Walking alongside you on that ongoing mental health journey is just as meaningful.
From those navigating trauma to those strengthening what’s already good, every client is a gift to our practice.

Most of us wrestle with the idea of “enoughness.”
The truth is, I am enough in Christ — but on my own, I’m not.
Without Him, without His grace and strength, I fall short.
Real freedom comes when I let go of my need to be enough…
and simply rest in the truth that He is. ❤️
