1. Storage needs
2. Hidden outlets and canisters in your drawers
3. Undermount, Vessel or Apron Front sinks
4. Countertop material
5. Hardware color, style and placement
6. Door style
7. Toe kick, base trim or feet
8. Sink placement based on lighting and mirror alignment
9. Height and need for built-in stools

1,467— ONE-THOUSAND, FOUR-HUNDRED AND SIXTY-SEVEN. That’s how many miles it is from Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Grand Cayman! But that didn’t stop us from creating beautiful design and vision for a home we were so far away from.

I’m so thankful that in this day and age we can work with amazing people all over the world even if they’re not close to home. Don’t let proximity limit YOU in getting the help you need to create a wonderful and peaceful home.

✨Before and Afters are an always a good reminder of how far we’ve come! ✨
When we remodeled our own home there were so many ways we could update not just how we use our home but the overall look. We took this house from from just a place we live in to a place we love. There’s so many more many more changes I can point out but here’s a few of my favorites!

1. Our living room still has 10’ ceilings but we brought down the vault so we could add another bedroom, bathroom and loft upstairs. Now both kids are upstairs and I don’t always have to see their messy rooms!

2. Our dining space was between the kitchen and living. While I like that layout, our house wasn’t really big enough to accommodate it. So we knocked out the back porch windows and created a big opening. The ceiling of our dining room used to be our back porch and we kept the ceiling high since we brought the living down. I love the wood ceiling and all the natural light those windows let in might make this my favorite space.

3. This kitchen. Whooo. The off center and funky hood always drove me crazy. We increased the window size, added all new custom cabinetry and gave it a bold color that sets the tone of our home now.

4. Our pantry had a door but the closet was sooo tiny. It was not working for our family! We stole a little bit of space from the laundry on the back side and made it much deeper. We also moved the panel front fridge to this wall and gave the pantry cabinet doors so that it became very seamless.

There’s so much sweat equity in our house now and by doing so much of the work ourselves I’m even more proud of it!

We have some people come to us that feel comfortable purchasing and installing all the great elements of a design on their own. This gives them the option to receive great design and a game-plan for completing the project, without the cost of full design help.

Worry-free, stress-free design service means we handle it all from start to finish. And sometimes that even means after install. We always do our best to ensure that products come in as quickly and in the best shape possible but some factors are out of our control.

This gorgeous mirror was perfect upon install, but weeks after the mirror started to crack. We worked with the vendor to get a replacement, free of charge so that it wasn’t just our client’s problem after the fact.

Full-service design means that we’ll handle every detail so that our clients are happy with their products and the look in their home.

Warmer woods tones are making a comeback! Don’t get me wrong I still love a light white oak, but don’t count out those darker tones that a lot of people tried to stay away from the last 5-10 years.

Talk about a great spot to prepare a turkey and all the ‘fixins!! 🦃 We love how this kitchen remodel turned out and it’s just in time the holidays!
